Gramaye, Jean-Baptiste: I. B. Gramaye Andoverpiensis præpositi Arnhemensis, serenissimorum principium et provinciarum Belgicarum historiographi, et professoris Academici Namurcum. In quo breviter comitum series, gesta, decora ex Archivis opidorum & cænobiorum, diversisq[ue] tam calamo quam typo exaratis codicibus digesta. Antverpiae, Ex Officina Typographica Martini Nutii, ad insigne duarum Ciconiarum. 1607.

Copy with interesting annotations of this attractively presented work on the Belgian city of Namur written by historian Jean-Baptiste Gramaye (1579-1635). Two distinct annotating hands have added significant supplementary material, the first extending family trees and the second adding a list of the governors of the county of Namur. The binding is stamped for ‘Mr de secus’, who is perhaps François Marie-Joseph-Hubert de Sécus (1760-1836), a Belgian politician. The book was previously owned by an individual from Nivelles, a city near Namur.

This appears to be the only edition of the work. The second volume (not present here) has the same imprint details.
